Pumping Unit Manufacture Plant of Shengli Oilfield Freet Petroleum Equipment Limited Company, ranked in the list of key enterprises of oil machinery manufacture system of Sinopec Group and national special purpose oil machinery manufacture industry, specializes in fabrication of whole set of unit or machining of its parts.
    Founded in 1992, this plant has 180 employees, among whom 21 are technical staffs with medium or senior professional titles. Its site area is 40 thousand square meters and plant build area is 23 thousand square meters with more than 30 million yuan fixed assets and over 1 hundred machines.
    Over past more than ten years of construction, innovation and development, a series of pumping units are available, 13 types totally, from type 3 to type 14, product quality comes up to advanced national standards in the same trade. In view of international market, over 40 kinds of pumping units up to the API standards have been developed to export. With strong technical forces, advanced machining, riveting and welding technology, and full equipment, more than 1 thousand pumping units are available a year and sold not only to various oilfields and regions across the country but also to Canada, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and so on.
    In 1996, this plant passed ISO9001 international quality system certification; in 2002, it succeeded in transforming edition from ISO9001 to ISO9001—2000, and a perfect quality assurance system has been set up since then. Since 2004, it has been one of the members of the Three Pumping Equipment net of China National Petroleum Corporation, and obtained the right to use API monogram on its pumping units in the same year.
