of Shengli oil field has a 20-year history of tubular products manufacturing. It is a professional manufacturer of heavy oil thermal recovery and production equipment of Shengli oil field. The company is one of the earliest tubing thread manufacturers which make the greatest variety of tubing threads (tubing round thread, casing long and short round thread, buttress thread, USS thread which equals to the API BC).It can also design and manufacture different pipe threads on our customer’s demand.
    In 1996, we successfully passed the ISO9001 Quality System Certificate of China Classification Society. In 2001, we had the right to use API Monogram on our products.
    The thermal recovery equipment，Zibo branch covers an area of 245，000 m2 and lies in the qilu chemical industrial zone of Zibo city. It possesses capital assets of RMB 150 million with 162 sets of main equipments including 9 kinds of specialized production lines, 10 sets of detection equipments, and more than 100 sets of measuring appliances of different products. Among the 455 employees, there are 6 persons with advanced job title, 18 persons with intermediate professional job title, and 68 persons with academic certificates at or above the junior college level.

    The company now has four tubing production lines, with annual production capacity of 120,000 tons and 1,000,000 couplings; two upset tubing production lines with annual capacity of 60,000 tons; one heat treatment production line with annual capacity of 50,000 tons; one anti-corrosive tubing production line with annual capacity of 500,000 metres; one insulated tubing production line with annual capacity of 300,000 meters of VIT; thermal line pipe production line with annual capacity of 25,000 meters; workover casing production line with annual capacity of 20,000 tons. The company’s integrative production value is more than RMB 800,000,000 per year.
    Ⅲ. Sales achievement
    The company is one of the major appointed suppliers of Shengli oil field, and also one of the strategic cooperative partners of SINOPEC. The products are sold to oilfields such as Daqing, Xinjiang, Liaohe, Zhongyuan, Huabei, Nanyang, Jianghan, Yan’an in domestic market. In the international market, products are sold to 26 countries and regions such as America, Canada, Russia, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Syria, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Venezuela, Kazakstan, etc. In 2007,the insulated tubing passed the estimate and auditing by the third party of SHELL company. In 2007, the sales revenue exceeds RMB 300,000,000 and is increasing in successive years.
